Bext360 has recently signed new customer Camino Verde, a Peruvian reforestation company that will be using the company's technology to digitize proof of their conservation efforts and supply chain operations for essential oils. Camino Verde's reforestation center is a pilot site for innovative agroforestry systems and restoration strategies with 25k trees planted, representing 400 species of trees, across 50 acres reforested.

Camino Verde's partners, Soli and Pacha Soap (also Bext360 customers), were recently awarded a CITES permit (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora) as trusted cultivators of rosewood, made famous as a key ingredient in Chanel No. 5 perfume. Soli will offer the final retail products traced through the Bext360 system at Whole Foods Market in early 2021.

Andy Thornton, VP of Sourcing and Impact with Pacha Soap and Soli explains, "with the digitization of premium products and ingredients through Bext360's technology, we are confident that our supply chain ethics align with our mission and commitment to improve sourcing practices for commercial buyers like Whole Foods and consumers investing in sustainable products like ours."
