Chef Sandoval shares recipe for Sofrito, a classic Honduran dish, with a unique twist by using a non-traditional spice mix to add more flavor. Sofrito can be used on its own or added to many dishes for extra flavor including anything with chicken, beef, fish, eggs, beans & rice, and tomato-centric recipes.
The dish uses achiote spice, which comes from a plant native to tropical regions across Mexico, Central America, South America and the Caribbean and was used by ancient Mayans and Aztecs. Learn more.

Bext360 has recently signed new customer Camino Verde, a Peruvian reforestation company that will be using the company's technology to digitize proof of their conservation efforts and supply chain operations for essential oils. Camino Verde's reforestation center is a pilot site for innovative agroforestry systems and restoration strategies with 25k trees planted, representing 400 species of trees, across 50 acres reforested.
We are often asked about our market fit when investors realize that our technology is used by European retailers, speciality food and beverage industries and the world of fashion and apparel. The short answer is that we are a SaaS company – think Salesforce – specializing in supply chain digitization, which places us more narrowly in ERP (enterprise resource planning). However, the longer response about what drives our customers to us and inspires our team is that Bext360 technology extends beyond the SaaS market to the rapidly expanding green tech and sustainability market.
